Daniel Ochoa works primarily in the Alla Prima painting technique and his works strive for realism. Yet, there is no lack of expressive stroke in the paintings. Everyday objects are transformed into interesting, dynamic, and eye-catching compositions. In producing strong pieces, Daniel utilizes his developed drafting abilities to import bold form and rich colors. Daniel develops textural works that grab the attention of viewer and depicts the drama, character and beauty of life through his artwork. Daniel Ochoa received a Bachelor of Arts in art at Gonzaga University. During Gonzaga's study abroad program in Florence, Italy, he studied and visited the works of old Masters like Michelangelo, Massacio, and Donatello.
